I have been professionally trained in all major psychological treatment methods, and use new treatment approaches that work with the rational and the creative mind.Working with the approaches that are the most effective and provide the fastest results, including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Clinical Hypnotherapy and Energy Psychology(EP) , I find the treatment that works best for you.

With extensive experience in assessment and treatment of clients based on different approaches and treatment techniques, I canplan individually tailored therapeutic interventions that are client-oriented, not technique-oriented; I choose treatment methods which are the most appropriate for you within the context of therapy.

In my practice I use various techniques including those that work directly with your emotions that do not require you to believe that they will work. However, if you want to create something new in your life, you will have to create new beliefs, and I will show you how to do that. During therapy I will explain how your brain works and show you how to use it to your advantage. I will explain the role of emotions in your life and how to work with them to make you feel that you are in charge of them and not a victim.
